We offer adult programs for all levels of skill. We encourage the participation of men, women, children, parents and grandparents, because everyone can benefit from the study of Martial Arts. We treat all of our students with respect. We emphasize the positive attributes of our students, helping them to gain self-esteem and achieve higher goals.
A typical class consists of a warm-up, review of basic techniques and then a theme of the day, whether it be sparring, kata or bag work.
Our School emphasizes discipline and the values of persistence until goals are reached. Regular attendance of our adult programs will result in stress reduction as well as improved health and physical conditioning. You can count on a total body workout, increased fitness levels and weight loss.
