Cardio Kickboxing –
A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This Class is flexible to serve the needs of all students. Class formats integrates combinations of punches, kicks & heavy bag work. You will fun, reduce stress & get an awesome workout.
Total Body HIIT –
Get in shape “boot camp” style. You will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval training that targets the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to make you sweat. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using medicine balls and/or participants body weight. No two classes are the same.

Heather L.E. Colby –
The instructor, Who is currently teaching at 3 different Fitness facilities on Long Island, is an ACE Certified Instructor as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Heather, who has a rich career in fitness, is also certified as a TRX, Barre Above, POUND & PILOXING instructor. She is also certified by the NYS Education Department as a Professional Teacher.
